Why can't I withdraw my funds?
Updated on August 5, 2026
Withdrawals can be blocked by security checks, incorrect details, or temporary limits. This guide walks through the most common causes and how to resolve each one.
Common causes
- Address whitelist is enabled — withdrawals to addresses not on your whitelist are rejected. Check "Account → Security → Address Whitelist".
- Identity verification missing — complete at least KYC Level 1 before withdrawing.
- Recent security changes — for your protection, withdrawals pause for 24 hours after changing your password, email, or 2FA.
- Insufficient available balance — funds used in open orders or unrealized PnL cannot be withdrawn. Close positions or cancel orders first.
- Network congestion — on-chain congestion can delay broadcasting. Confirm the txid on a block explorer before resubmitting.
Checklist before contacting support
- Confirm the withdrawal status in "Assets → Withdrawal History".
- Verify the receiving address and network (e.g., ERC-20 vs TRC-20) match.
- Check whether a 2FA or email confirmation is still pending.
Still stuck?
If the status shows "Reviewing" for more than 2 hours, contact support with your withdrawal order ID and the txid (if available).
