How to complete identity verification (KYC)

Identity verification unlocks deposits, withdrawals and full trading features.
Verification levels
| Level | Requirement | Limits |

| KYC 1 | Country/region + name + ID number | Basic trading |
| KYC 2 | ID document photos + face verification | Higher limits, P2P merchant |
Steps
- Go to "Account → Verification".
- Enter your legal name exactly as printed on your document.
- Upload front and back photos of your government-issued ID.
- Complete the liveness check in a well-lit environment.
Review time
Most reviews finish in 10 minutes. If your submission is rejected, common reasons include glare on the document, cropped edges, or a mismatched name.
